Mel C and boyfriend take romance to next level as they don matching rings on Christmas Day
Mel C and her model boyfriend Chris Dingwall ooked loved-up as they enjoyed a Christmas Day stroll in north London.
The Spice Girls icon and her Australian partner were in high spirits as they took the family dog, who was dressed up as Santa 'Paws', on a little stroll while holding hands. Melanie kept it cosy in a black No Problemo sweatshirt and matching sweatpants along with a black fluffy coat.
Chris wrapped up in several layers and donned black sweatpants and a green and black North Face coat. Notably, Sporty Spice and Chris rocked matching rings on their index fingers, which could have the sweet meaning of symbolising the strong bond between them. However, the rings could also simply be a sweet couple's fashion statement.
The musician, who shot to fame in the nineties with the rise of the Spice Girls, publicly confirmed her relationship with Chris in June, as the pair soaked up the vibes at Glastonbury Festival - and they have been by each other's side ever since. They even enjoyed a romantic holiday in Ibiza over the summer.

Since their debut, the couple have appeared at a few events and posed for many snaps, including at the Wimbledon Championships. Mel has always been mostly private about her love life but previously revealed that during the early days of the Spice Girls she was banned from publicly being in a relationship - but the other girls were allowed.
She once said: "Looking back what struck me was it was one rule for one and another for the others, right? I think when you are vulnerable as well, people go, I don't think it's good for you."

She said the narrative was that "'She is fine, she can have a boyfriend, she can cope with having a boyfriend, she is strong enough but you are not'. It makes you question yourself when you are already vulnerable." Shortly after her split from ex-boyfriend Joe Marshall in 2022, she revealed that she had joined a dating app, which could have included Hinge or the celebrity version, Raya.
Appearing on the Not My Bagg with Joe and George Baggs podcast, Mel admitted that although she had joined, she was not having much fun on the app. She said at the time: "What is it about Hinge? I'm single, and I'm having a little look around, it's slim pickings. There seem to be loads of hot girls but all the hot guys are gay."
The iconic singer shares a daughter Scarlett, who is now 15, with Thomas Starr from 2015.
